Writing Machine Collective ed.2 – Typing Machine

剛忙完台灣Playground show，趕忙又要製作Writing Machine…看看月曆，巳是12月29日。不經不覺…原來自結婚以來，一直都沒有停下來。Writing Machine 後可望有個短break…
在Writing Machine 展出的作品名叫Typing Machine,其實是關於interface多於文字本身的generative特性。也好，文字的書寫與閱讀從來都與interface分不開,另外也算是還了自己對巳開始覺得「煙悶」的interactive work的一個心願。

令失望的台北雙年展及繼續帶來著驚喜的MOCA

但總算買回SlowTech的場刊 （內附展覽documentation的DVD, 又一驚喜), 彌補了看罷台北雙年展帶來的呆滯感…
還有發現了一隻「藝術新浪潮﹣當代數位媒體藝術」的DVD,看來是那幾間龍頭新媒體institution (ARS, ZKM, MIT mediaLab, 東京的ICC等）的一個TV documentary。看了少許，心想經過了多年的人云亦云，也是時候開始出現一些類似的「總結式」結集…
是好是壞…？

Finally I have finished the work for Taiwan’s Playground Show.
There were a struggles during the production of the works and although I am still not so convinced by the final outcome, this works still gives me a lot to think….
Here’s a sneak preview….

Ye…I have to bring a lot of rubbish to Taiwan…
